The effect of combined application carbonate salts hot water treatments on development postharvest maintenances quality fruit was studied in completely randomized design (CRD) under laboratory condition. results revealed that treatment significantly (p < .05) reduced incidence severity disease. disease reached 100% 21 days after inoculation control treatment; this level 26.70% by dipping fruits NH4CO3 at 50°C 54°C. Similarly, different degrees from first day appearance date unmarketability fruits. Furthermore, salt improves marketability 93.33%. Moreover, showed significant maintaining pH, TSS, TA, reducing weight fruit. In conclusion, with 54°C, 52°C, NaCO3 54°C can reduce improve without pronounced their edible qualities.
